HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use. We currently do not accept cash or check.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders from Greater China should arrive within 2-3business days and international orders within 2-3 weeks, this varies from country to country based on your respective customs departments.

 

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Greater China (including: Mainland China, Hong Kong Special Administration region, Macau Special Administration region, Taiwan) - $5.00, free postage for customers who purchased more than 100 US dollars.

 

International parcels - $30, free postage for customers who purchased more than 300 US dollars.

 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Kindly note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, you will see the postage costs at checkout page before you pay. We welcome orders from abroad, so we keep the postage costs low for international orders. For more info about international delivery please, click here. 

 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY SHIPMENT?

No. Unfortunately to keep low shipping costs we can't offer this service. If you want to check the status of your parcel, please, write us to info@shayee-studio.com 

 

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

Unfortunately we may not. But do keep an eye out on our Instagram or WeChat @shayeeofficial for updates.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED?
